Activating Love’s Ministry to Pastors and Leaders

We believe that healthy churches begin with healthy leaders. Across many communities, pastors and their families carry heavy spiritual, emotional, and personal burdens. They pour themselves out daily for others—often at the cost of their own family relationships, rest, and spiritual renewal.

Recent studies reveal a sobering truth: 19 out of 20 pastors do not pray with their wives, and many pastor’s spouses and children feel neglected or distant because of the unrelenting demands of ministry. As a result, families who once served together with passion can become weary and divided.

Our heart is to walk alongside these pastors and leaders, offering encouragement, discipleship, and restoration. We long to see their hearts reconnected—to Jesus, to their families, and to their churches. Through teaching, prayer, and relational support, we are helping leaders rediscover the joy of intimacy with God and the strength of unity at home.

We also believe in equipping pastors not only to lead but to minister with power and Biblical order—evangelizing, praying for the sick, and operating in the gifts of the Holy Spirit to bring revival fire to their communities.

As Scripture declares in Malachi 4:6:

“And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers.”

This is our prayer and mission—to see hearts turned back to one another, families restored, and communities transformed by God’s love.

Every time we pour into a pastor or leader, we are sowing into the spiritual health of an entire congregation. Revival doesn’t start in the crowd—it starts in the heart of the shepherd. And together, we are activating love in the very leaders God has called to guide His people.
